ITT is seeking individuals to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy, start-up environment to launch new sustainable products to market with accelerated commercial success. You will work alongside talented and diverse colleagues from the engineering team for up to 6 months in Spring 2026.
Requirements
- Install, assemble and testing of electro-mechanical systems in lab environment
- Record information and results about product performance
- Assist in the commissioning of new test rigs
- Communicate with customers, team members, engineers and managers to determine possible problems or update individuals with work progress
- Partner with electrical, firmware and mechanical engineers to fine tune the testing and diagnostic processes
- Recommend upgrades and modifications to improve system performance
- Maintain all tools, equipment and components by performing inventory and scheduled maintenance tasks
- Operate manual tools safely to avoid accidents
- Maintain documentations of system installation and maintenance procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in test lab
- Perform basic programming of VIDAR Motors, C code (if familiar), and any other programming language
- Decipher drawings, diagrams, blueprints and instructions
- Assist in creating drawings & schematics for components and assemblies in Altium
- Run simulations in LT Spice
- Run tests on PCBs in R&D laboratory
- Record faults and failures into reports
