NPD Engineering Intern - Summer 2026

The New Product Development Engineering intern will have the opportunity to work for the founding and most storied aerospace and defense electrical connector manufacturer in North America, obtaining first-hand experience in the design and validation of electrical connectors used in the harsh environment military and aerospace environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering program (BS/MS/PhD), in good standing
• Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical design principles
• Knowledge of metals, plastics, and rubber materials helpful, but not required
• Knowledge of designing for CNC machining and injection molding preferred
• Knowledge/experience in CAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
• Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)
