Job Description
IVA’AL Solutions, LLC provides support to the Air Force Family Advocacy Program (FAP), staffing licensed Clinical Social Workers, Registered Nurses, and Program Assistants. This position focuses on home-based prevention services to families facing intimate partner abuse, child abuse, or problematic sexual behavior. The role involves providing home visits, education, and support to families in a variety of areas, including maternal/child health and trauma recovery.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with unrestricted state license
- BSN from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Maternal/Child or Community Health Nurse
- Home Visiting experience preferred
- Basic Life Support Certification (Course C)
- Current in Maternal/child and family violence prevention nursing practice
- Drivers' license and ability to travel
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Familiarity with Family Advocacy System of Records (FARS) or Family Advocacy Program Network
- Ability to interact with diverse clients and build rapport.
