Job Description
Ivalua is a leading global provider of cloud-based procurement solutions, focused on digital transformation and supply chain sustainability. They are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their APAC legal team in Singapore and support the company's business development. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and advising on SaaS (Cloud) and technology agreements. The position is hybrid, with 3 days per week in offices.
Requirements
- Qualified to practice law in Singapore and/or Australia.
- 7+ years practicing in in-house legal department for a multinational technology company and/or top law firm focusing on enterprise SaaS and software-related negotiations and transactions in APAC, especially in Singapore.
- Prior technology experience required.
- Ability to travel in and to APAC, France, and United States.
