Senior Professional Services Consultant

Ivanti is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to support Japan-based customers and partners with expert technical advice and bilingual communication skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken, native-level) and strong business English proficiency
• Hands-on experience with MDM, UEM, or ITSM solutions; familiarity with Ivanti a plus
• Proven track record in managing or supporting technical/customer-facing projects
• Solid problem-solving skills, with a proactive, customer-first mindset
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills
