Exam and CNA Proctor

The Exam and CNA Proctor is responsible for administering and documenting certifications/assessments, working closely with the Testing Center Manager/Director to maintain currency in skills and procedures. The position involves managing CNA appointments, arranging residents for skills testing, and creating and maintaining testing schedules and records.

Requirements

• Three (3) years' experience in an administrative support environment
• Good technology skills and ability to assess and troubleshoot system issues
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Above average computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to set priorities, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to research and resolve student and employee related issues
• Flexibility and ability to multitask
