Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners. Provide essential legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs. Act as the primary legal advisor for UK operations, ensuring compliance with local laws.
Requirements
- You are a qualified solicitor or barrister in the UK.
- You possess 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
- You have strong expertise in commercial, corporate, and energy-related legal matters.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You can work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- English C1 is required.
