We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our business development team. This is an entrepreneurial role where you’ll manage and strategize your individual pipeline to find and finance SMEs in the UK.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years in sales roles, particularly in selling complicated products directly to decision makers.
- Confident making cold outbound calls, and thrive off speaking and connecting with business owners
- Highly motivated, and excited by the challenge of exceeding targets
- Able to take on, and provide, quality feedback to power your own growth, as well as that of your teammates
- Organised and confident in managing a large pipeline of prospects, with deals at various stages in our process.
- Able to simplify and explain complex products in a way that customers with little experience in commercial financing can easily understand
- Resilient. You’ll take setbacks in your stride, and see value in the lessons setbacks give you.
- Empathetic. You need to understand and sympathise with the problems our customers face. You love helping people.
