Customer Success Manager - German/english

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our growth into the German speaking regions. The role involves ensuring smooth adoption and continued usage of our software solutions by clients, contributing to building and implementing a Customer Success Strategy, and working closely with the product team to communicate customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features.

Requirements

• Experience in customer success related roles (+5 years)
• Talent for stirring up crowds around an innovative project
• Willingness to go the extra mile and emphasis on teamwork
• Ambitious personality with a passion for technology and a desire to revolutionize a sector
• Language skills: German, English (Dutch and/or French is a strong asset)
