Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B customer service roles
- Demonstrable level of German/Spanish and high level of English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and obsessed with efficiency
- Mastery of CRM software (preferably Hubspot)
- Mastery of Google Suite (Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
- Ability to establish relationships with customers at all levels, including the C-suite
- Ability to effectively collaborate with various departments within the company
