Inside Sales Representative will engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting. Goal is to position and sell a portfolio of solutions, including Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, Training Resources, Consulting, Outsourced Services, and SaaS Safety Management Tools.
Requirements
- Hunter Mentality: Driven to seek out and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and proactive outreach, motivated to exceed monthly sales quotas.
- At least 1 year of experience in a phone-based or B2B sales environment.
- Confident and clear when presenting solutions.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and strong aptitude to learn new systems.
