The Frate Group is a leading transportation and logistics company looking for a National Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by generating new business and building relationships with shippers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in transportation, logistics, and/or freight brokerage sales
- Strong understanding of the brokerage model and supply chain processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Existing book of business is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- A motivated go-getter with a Hunter mentality
