The Jabra Support Engineer, Tier 3 will be responsible for resolving technical escalations received from Tier 2 support, providing training to Tier 2 and 1, and owning communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or video production, or a combination of education and relevant experience
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- 3-5 years of experience installing and configuring software applications on various operating systems
- 3-5 years of experience working with Webhooks, API, SDK, MongoDB, Docker, PowerShell, Intune, SSCM, Jira, Jama, and Azure
- Technical certifications in related fields
- Experience with Audio DSP, Video, video conferencing systems, and similar applications
- Familiarity with.NET Core/C# and Python programming languages
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional technical teams and business organizations
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Experience with DECT and Bluetooth RF technology
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Good analytical and influencing skills
