Requirements
- Ensures safe customer service/shipping activities
- Set-up of new part numbers, carrier, container ID, pool address, destination master, and customer EDI
- Complete on time all deliverables assigned to the Customer Service Coordinator
- Ensure Future 3 requirements match customer requirements
- Provide weekly shipping schedule to material planner
- Oversee all shipping of customer product and ASN
- Manage customer shipping process while maintaining 100% delivery rating
- Perform physical inventory counts and monitor finished goods inventory
- Prepares departmental reports as required
- Train Business Unit team members and operators on proper customer shipping schedule, shipping process, customer ASN, and customer websites/EDI
