Job Description
JAC Products is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Napoleon, OH. The role focuses on supporting Business Unit teams through process improvement, lean practices, and development. This is an opportunity to work on process analysis, implementing improvements, and promoting efficiency. Requirements
- Knowledge of aluminum extrusion, buffing and fabrication tooling
- Strong technical writing skills
- Eye for detail and high standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide performance standards and coaching
- Knowledge of CAD systems
- Knowledge of fixture design
- Knowledge of sensors and PLC
- Understanding of GD&T, automotive quality standards, and finishing requirements
- Knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing methods, and alternatives
- Strong communication, MS Office, organizational, and problem-solving skills
