Assistant Managers lead restaurant operations, manage daily activities, and serve as role models for employees. They must have 3+ years of experience in managing a service concept, a High School diploma or equivalent, and be able to communicate effectively in English.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance
