Asesor de Servicio

Seeking a Service Advisor with experience in automotive service to attend to customers, schedule appointments, and serve as a liaison between customers and technicians. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds, with previous experience in Toyota valued.

Requirements

• Attitude is everything: receive service department customers with speed and courtesy.
• Listen to each customer and clearly explain the repair needs to the technicians.
• Offer recommended additional services using low-pressure and high-integrity methods.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs.
• Meet the dealership's policies on customer vehicle care and operation.
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress.
• Sell and manage extended warranties.
• Inspect the quality of the repair and ensure all work is completed.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready to be picked up.
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs to customers.
• Attend to small customer concerns and complaints.
• Keep the service manager informed of all problems and potential problems.
• Maintain CSI scores in line with dealership standards.
