Requirements
- 5+ years in staffing (locum tenens or staffing industry preferred)
- Proven success as a top producer with full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Tech-savvy with CRM/ATS expertise and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
