Job Description
Jackson Therapy Partners is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead a team of National Recruiters responsible for placing clinicians in travel assignments across the country. This is a highly visible, high-impact leadership role where performance, coaching, and strategy come together to drive revenue and talent placement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare staffing
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing successful recruiting or sales teams
