We are looking to hire a Junior Recruiter to support our Recruiting team as we identify, interview, and hire interns and new graduates into our Trading teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional recruiting experience
- Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and candidates
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a no-job-too-small attitude
- Approachable and humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
- Self-starter who can manage several projects and priorities simultaneously
- Naturally curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
- Willing to travel to campus events and conferences as needed
- Fluency in English required
