Experienced Hire Recruiter, Non-Technology

We are looking for a Recruiter to support our experienced hire team as we find, interview, and hire non-technical professionals in our Asia offices. Your impact will be significant, as in many ways you will be a candidate’s first introduction to the firm.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in financial services or a related area
• Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
• Strong experience managing a pipeline of candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers and other recruiters
• Humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
• Self-starter who works effectively and handles competing priorities
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively within and across various teams and independently, as appropriate
• Curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
• Natural inclination to prioritize in a commercial manner, and keep candidates and hiring managers fully informed throughout a search
• Fluent in English
