As a key member of our team, you'll own recruiting operations, deliver exceptional hires at velocity, and maintain quality under pressure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups or tech companies
- At least 3 years owning technical recruiting pipelines and demonstrated success across other functions
- Proven ability to scale recruiting while maintaining quality
- Systems builder with experience creating recruiting infrastructure
- Data fluency with funnel analysis and conversion optimization
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
