Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years of startup or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of hiring in high-talent-density environments
- Strong outbound sourcing skills
- Deep experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Executive presence and credibility
