Senior Recruiter

Lyric is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own and scale talent acquisition efforts across the US + EMEA. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, building best-in-class hiring processes, and establishing recruiting infrastructure to support the company's growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ years of startup or scale-up experience
• Proven track record of hiring in high-talent-density environments
• Strong outbound sourcing skills
• Deep experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Executive presence and credibility
