Job Description
The Director of Clinical Operations will lead the end-to-end management of clinical trial activities at an early-phase oncology program, providing strategic and operational leadership. This involves oversight of CROs, vendors, and clinical sites across U.S. and international regions. The role reports to the VP of Clinical Operations and requires a deep understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory compliance, and leading cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Own operational strategy for early-phase oncology program.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, CMC).
- Oversee the planning, initiation, execution, and close-out of Phase I oncology trials.
- Manage and oversee external partners.
- Participate in site selection and feasibility assessments.
