Airport Office Supervisor responsible for supervision of air freight import and export operations, cargo collection, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Supervise cargo collection at airport terminals
- Coordinate cargo inspection with surveyor/customs
- Review freight rates with carriers
- Costing and quoting air export freight
- Preparing and processing documentation
- Supervise Master and House B/L preparation
- Ensure tracking, tracing, and confirmation
- Communicate with customers, branch offices, agents, vendors, and internal colleagues
