Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a Document Controller to manage and oversee documentation processes for various projects, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents. This role involves compiling, reviewing, and filing documents, maintaining control systems, and supporting project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience working in document control.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or in a similar capacity
- Strong understanding of document management systems and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document control software
- Able to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Bachelor's 0r diploma degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Aconex experience is a must
