Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to oversee the management and organization of project documents. This role involves filing, archiving, and distributing key documents, collaborating with teams to ensure information access, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with document management systems and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document control software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
