Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy for their diverse project portfolio. This role involves managing budgets, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with project teams to achieve strategic goals. The company emphasizes profitability, risk management, and contract compliance.
Requirements
- Manage project commercial aspects (budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting)
- Oversee procurement processes
- Ensure contract compliance & conduct risk assessments
- Provide leadership to project teams
- Build and maintain client/stakeholder relationships
- Monitor & analyze project performance
- Lead contract negotiations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- At least 18 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in construction or engineering
