Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to oversee commercial aspects of large-scale social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing projects, ensuring financial performance, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. The manager will lead the team, analyze risks, and ensure compliance with contract management procedures.
Requirements
- Manages the team’s deliverables through leadership and performance management.
- Assesses commercial risk and identifies potential issues.
- Enforces, monitors, and audits processes related to contract management.
- Manages payment applications and ensures compliance with procedures.
- Leads the execution of contracting and procurement sourcing activities.
- Develops and oversees implementation of procurement plans.
