Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a talented Senior Design Manager - Civil to lead and oversee the design of civil engineering projects. The role involves guiding projects from concept through completion, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high quality and safety. The ideal candidate will mentor junior engineers and champion a collaborative design environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in civil design and project management.
- Proven experience managing complex civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in working with clients and stakeholders.
