Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Manager - Development Design & Engineering to lead the design and engineering efforts for diverse development projects. This strategic role involves guiding a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality outputs, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and driving excellence in design practices. The role requires expertise in project management, innovative solution development, and successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in project management, leading complex design projects within a construction environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively controlling design, scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Proven ability to Research & Develop innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary team
- Proactive and delivery-focused, with a strong ability to align stakeholders around a common vision.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera, Aconex or equivalent.
