Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor - (RC) to join their team focused on reinforced concrete projects in Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying, ensuring financial and contractual integrity, and mentoring junior surveyors. The company emphasizes financial and contractual integrity alongside value engineering.
Requirements
- Lead all aspects of quantity surveying for reinforced concrete projects.
- Manage and mentor junior quantity surveyors.
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates.
- Conduct contract administration and oversee contractual claims.
- Analyze project costs and report on financial status.
- Engage with project teams for site visits and assessments.
