We're looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join Jasper's Customer Success organization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, including 3+ years managing enterprise accounts
- Proven success driving renewal, retention, and expansion revenue within large, complex organizations
- Strong discovery and demo capabilities; able to tailor value narratives to executive audiences
- Experience selling services or value-based solutions a plus
- Deep collaboration skills, especially in co-owning customer success with CSMs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in both strategic and operational discussions
- Technical fluency with SaaS platforms and enterprise systems (APIs, integrations, security, etc.)
- Strong business acumen and the ability to link customer goals to Jasper's Marketing AI impact
- Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for helping global brands innovate with Jasper's platform
