Job Description
JBG SMITH is seeking a Service Tech I to maintain the highest standards of upkeep in their communities. The role involves responding to resident requests, diagnosing and repairing appliances and plumbing issues, and performing preventative maintenance. This position offers the opportunity to work a flexible schedule and is on-call as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of maintenance experience in apartments, hotels, or similar
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and appliances
- Basic electrical circuitry knowledge
- Carpentry skill
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
