Job Description
JBG SMITH is seeking a Service Tech II to maintain the highest standards of apartment living by responding to resident requests for maintenance, diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues, and performing preventative maintenance. The role is flexible and requires responding to emergencies within 30 minutes or less.
Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in apartments, hotels, or similar environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC and plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry skills
- Comfortable responding to emergency requests
