Junior Operations Manager - Future Leader Programme

We are seeking a Junior Operations Manager to join our experienced team in Brentford, UK. The successful candidate will learn across operations departments and roles, complete a Level 5 Ops manager apprenticeship, and contribute to our ongoing success.

Requirements

• Full UK drivers license
• GCSE maths and English
• Previous working experience (e.g. office, retail, construction etc)
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Strong Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Proactive, highly motivated and problem-solving approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
