Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will maintain assets across Street Furniture and Large Format Roadside displays, carrying out both reactive and preventative maintenance, and regular cleaning to support their longevity and appearance. The role involves working outdoors at height, and across varied environments, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Maintain assets across Street Furniture and Large Format Roadside displays
- Carry out both reactive and preventative maintenance and cleaning
- Promptly and accurately report any damage to the company assets
- Ensure vehicle is correctly stocked with tools and equipment
- Produce a high-quality standard of work on each asset attended
- Report any hazards to site area following the correct procedure
- Work to agreed SLAs and defined quality standards
- Work within the safe systems of work
- Undertake reasonable lifting duties
- Comfortable with high level working - working at heights within safety guidelines
- Adhere to stores booking in/out and stock management procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of a company vehicle
- Keep all relevant documentation updated and filed safely
