Job Description
Customer Service Associates are responsible for interacting with customers and managing transactions efficiently and accurately while working with our computerized system. Provide excellent customer service, operate scanners and credit card/debit card terminals, and maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
Requirements
- Process customer transactions, sales, and refunds through cash registers
- Operate scanners and credit card/debit card terminals
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collect payments and bag purchases for customers
- Keep the checkout area clean and orderly
- Maintain front end department merchandise
- Answering front desk phone and directing calls
- Assist other departments and functions as required
