As a HR Client Services Representative, you will work with the HR Shared Services Team to provide superior customer experience to internal customers and stakeholders, and continuously improve service by implementing improvements.
Requirements
- Be the primary point of contact by email and phone for employees to answer their inquiries, resolve issues and promptly provide information.
- Assist employees and HR Business Partners with end-to-end human resources support including employee benefits and payroll.
- Perform employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems and manage inquiries in call tracking system.
- Identify and recommend solutions for process improvement and participate in improvement initiatives.
