Banquet Captain

Join our Team in Banquets for the Adobe Clubhouse at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club! As a Banquet Captain, you will supervise and manage all banquet events for our Club, ensuring that operations run smoothly and guests are comfortable and safe.

Requirements

• Ability to perform all operational positions within the banquet operations
• Participate in and lead department meetings
• Process banquet checks accurately and efficiently for payment
• Assist with banquet staff weekly schedule
• Assist management, staff and organizers with planning the layout and logistics of events
• Delegate duties to servers and oversee activity throughout events
• Supervise setup and service of food and beverages
• Confirm setup of event spaces according to customer specifications prior to event
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
• Train and develop catering servers using existing training materials
• Meet and greet clients contacts
• Bill the guest main contact following banquet event order requirements
• Maintain complete knowledge of: All menu selections available in banquet and restaurant
• Conform with all safety standards and use of all appropriate safety equipment
