Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related discipline
- 3 years of work experience in Mental Health, Substance Use, and/or related field
- Counselling and case management skills
- Knowledge of best practices in mental health, substance use, harm reduction, trauma, and therapeutic relationship
- Working knowledge of trauma-informed practice, women-centred principles, and best practices for women and substance use
- Knowledge of housing, health care, and community resources in Toronto area and related provincial resources
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Crisis intervention skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
