Jean Tweed is a leading, community-based organization that provides a supportive environment for women with substance use, mental health, and gambling concerns. The Case Manager will lead a collaborative wrap-around process to ensure comprehensive service coordination that reflects individual needs.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work, or a related discipline
- 3 years of work experience in the field of Mental Health, Substance Use, and/or related field
- Expertise in providing counselling and case management to individuals who are experiencing or have experienced a complex history of mental health concerns, substance use, and/or homelessness
- Crisis intervention skills, with well-developed problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
