Sales Director US (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales organization in the US and accelerate regional growth. As a Player-Coach, you will lead and develop a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market presence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales reps
• Strong understanding of forecasting, sales processes, and pipeline management
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and data analytics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
