Job Description
Jeeny is seeking a Senior Analyst - Operations to optimize ride-hailing performance. The role involves analyzing driver and rider data, enhancing operational processes, and supporting strategies for service quality, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Data analysis, forecasting, and communication are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or related roles
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and develop actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and handle complex data.
