Job Description
Jeeny is a ride-hailing platform revolutionizing daily commuting and transportation. This Senior Analyst - Operations role focuses on analyzing data, improving operational processes, and supporting strategies for service quality, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The role is a key contributor to optimizing the performance of the ride-hailing operations in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or related roles.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
