JELD-WEN is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join their growing team in Pataskala, OH. The HR Generalist will provide human resources support and services to the Pataskala door facility.
Requirements
- Provide direct HR support to the door manufacturing facility
- Resolve and address employee questions and concerns
- Assist plant leaders with management of corrective action
- Conduct policy reviews and trainings
- Facilitate employee communications
- Support plant operations with staffing plan
