The HR Generalist will provide human resources support and services to the Sidman facility, assisting with payroll, onboarding, employee relations, and policy matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience
- 2-3 years HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience handling and resolving a wide range of employee relations issues
- HR certification
- UKG timekeeping experience
- Success Factors software experience
