Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations

JELD-WEN is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations to join our growing team. The role involves managing and implementing all production operations and shop activities, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), and providing direct leadership to employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field
• 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of raw materials for door and window applications
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of door and window production machines and tools
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
