Job Description
We're building the core infrastructure for AI agents at Jentic, and we're looking for a Workplace Manager to oversee our office operations, ensure a smooth and efficient workspace, and help us scale as we grow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in office or workplace management, administration, or operations
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating order and structure
- Excellent written communication skills, balancing clarity, tone, and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Google Workspace (or Microsoft Office with ability to adapt quickly)
- Comfortable managing budgets, expenses, and suppliers with accuracy and accountability
