The Employee Relations Manager will contribute to the development of the Corporate Pillar of Labor Relations, supporting HR and leadership in labor compliance and labor relations topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (preferred), Management, Economics, or similar areas
- At least 3 years of experience in labor relations and/or HR with compliance, labor consulting, or sustainability component
- Good base in labor law and/or labor relations, with ability to apply knowledge to international contexts
- Clear communication, pragmatism, results-oriented, and strong influence capacity among stakeholders
